GoogolTech and Dynagreen Signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement

    On 3 April 2025, Googol Technology (“GoogolTech”) and Dynagreen Environmental Protection Group (“Dynagreen”) signed a strategic cooperation agreement at the Dongguan Songshan Lake XbotPark. Dynagreen’s Chairman Qiao Dewei led a senior team to visit the Dongguan Googol Park, gaining an in-depth understanding of Googol Tech’s technological advantages in motion control and intelligent manufacturing. Afterward, both parties moved to XbotPark to hold a signing ceremony. GoogolTech’s Chairman Li Zexiang and Dynagreen’s Chairman Qiao Dewei signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties, and the senior management team of both parties witnessed the signing ceremony. 

    In this cooperation, both parties will rely on Dynagreen’s scenario resources and Googol Tech’s technological advantages to focus on key areas such as intelligent inspection robot, smart park platform, carbon reduction R&D and the exploration of new solid waste treatment processes. This aims to accelerate the construction of a closed loop of “R&D – industrial application – low-carbon ecology” providing practical examples for the implementation of the national carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals.  

    Both parties will be guided by the national strategy of “carbon peak and carbon neutrality” focusing on core areas such as intelligent inspection robot, drones, zero-carbon smart park construction, and carbon reduction technologies. By promoting the intelligent upgrade of the entire chain in the waste incineration power generation industry and accelerating the industrialization of innovative technologies, they will inject new momentum into the high-quality development of the environmental protection industry. 

    In Googol Park, the Dynagreen team learned in detail about Googol Tech’s cutting-edge achievements in industrial automation and intelligent control. 

    At XbotPark, teams of both sides conducted pragmatic discussions. To ensure efficient cooperation, both teams agreed established three major mechanisms: "regular management meetings, real-time information sharing, and joint research supervision" to deepen all-round cooperation in the fields of R&D, market collaboration, and capital matching, and accelerate the transformation of R&D achievements into industrial value.
